Our round painting sponges are best for use with water based product applications, such as the whole of the Granny B's range. 

The ergonomic design and high-density foam material come together to offer furniture artists and hobbyists alike; a new approach to applying Granny B’s Old Fashioned Paint as well as our water based sealers.

The primary benefit of painting with sponges is a smoother, flatter finish that does away with the challenges of visible brush strokes. Painting sponges are also ideal for glazing effects as well as ombre’ techniques which call for the use of a sponge.

Our paint sponge is ergonomically designed for your hand; with a middle notch to facilitate easy grasping. This allows you to keep the paint on your projects, not on your fingernails, making your application more precise and clean-up much easier. Wash with warm soapy water immediately after use and do not allow the paint or sealer to dry.
